40's Triple plied & High density chino, sustainable
We start 3rd generation Chino, that is on the sustainability concept thinking of the earth.
This Japanese fabric is quite TOUGH due to high density and using triple plied yarn,
therefore wearable for long years. We regard this is another way of sustainability.
Beautiful two pleated and tapered silhouette that all the buyers love. AMF "hand" stitch and red selvedge sleek for inner. Made in Japan.
PATTERN & SEWING
・Deep two tuck on the front and tapered narrowly.
・Higher back rise and three-dimensional around hip with deep pleats makes comfortable fit.
・AMF stitch looks like hand-sewing is done on the front and pocket.
・Red selvedge sleek is used together with full piping finish and herringbone pocket cloth..
FABRIC
40's Triple plied & High density chino Cotton 100%
・Valuable combed cotton 40's yarn and plied triple, and woven on both warp and weft.
・Very high density with 320g/㎡ fabric weight. Quite TOUGH enough for long years use.
・By garment washed, fabric became more tighter and garment's shrinkage will be much less.
TRIMS
・Exclusively developed YKK zipper with recycled Blue tape & TCR logo on the puller. ・Blue "Japanese sustainable" fabric label as the proof of Sustainability.
・Japan made real nut button is curved brand logo by laser, and leather emblem washed finish.
・Blue swing tag shows earth's blue.
